a stay at home mom trying to figure things out

Location: Ohio, United States

i'm a stay at home mom. i'm crazy about my little boys. in a past life i was an acting major. i love to read more than almost anything. if i could get a second degree it would be in art history. i love jesus somethin' awful. and i go to an amazing church who loves me well.

the last month of my life has been one big miracle. there is nothing too hard for God... it's true. i would like to say i will never doubt him again... but being human i know i will. we humans tend to forget what God has done when faced with adversity again. but right now it feels like my faith is big enough to cover me for the rest of my life.

so anyway... i am watching the last years pain slowly be transformed into gold. this furnace has been hot. i wish i could say i came out unscathed. but truly there are burns and i smell like smoke. but God's ability to redeem far exceeds these wounds.

chelsea,
you don't know me, but i will soon be married to aaron m. i read your journal and offer prayers up for you every so often... i don't really know what to say except that my heart was filled up when i read this post. your words beautifully reflect the power and glory of our Savior and i praise and thank Him for what He has done in your life. may you continue to feel His peace... and may His face shine upon you and your family.
in our Jesus's love,
